Study Materials That Actually Make Sense

We've built learning resources that explain financial stability without drowning you in jargon. Everything here comes from real client questions and common hurdles people face when trying to understand their money.

Resources Built From Real Questions

Each guide started because someone asked us a question we couldn't answer with a simple yes or no. So we wrote it down properly.

Cash Flow Tracking Guide

Most people think they know where their money goes. Then they actually track it for a month and find three subscriptions they forgot about. This guide walks you through what to track and why it matters more than you'd think.

Debt Priority Framework

Which debt do you pay first? The one with the highest interest? The smallest balance? We break down both approaches and help you figure out which one fits your situation and personality better.

Emergency Fund Reality Check

The standard advice is "save six months of expenses." But what if you're living paycheck to paycheck right now? This guide starts from where you actually are, not where personal finance books assume you are.

Financial Health Checkpoint

Think of this as a check-up for your finances. Not judgmental, just honest. We look at five key areas and help you spot which ones need attention first. Takes about 20 minutes to work through.

Learning From Someone Who's Been There

Our materials come from years of sitting across from people who were stressed about money. Not because they were careless, but because nobody had explained things in a way that clicked.

I spent the first part of my career in traditional finance education. Lots of theory, not much connection to what people actually deal with on a Tuesday when the car breaks down. These resources reflect what I wish someone had told me when I was starting out.

Different Ways to Learn the Same Thing

Some people like reading. Others prefer worksheets they can fill in. We've tried to cover both.

Various learning formats and study approaches

Written Guides

Straightforward explanations you can read at your own pace. No filler, no fluff. Just the information you need with examples that make sense. Most guides take 10-15 minutes to read through.

Interactive Worksheets

Some concepts only click when you work through them with your own numbers. These worksheets walk you through the process step by step. You can download them, print them, or fill them out digitally.

Real Examples

Every resource includes case studies based on real situations. Names changed, obviously. But the numbers and decisions are from actual clients who agreed to share their experiences.

Update Schedule

We review all materials quarterly and update them when regulations change or when we find a clearer way to explain something. Last major update was January 2025.

Support When You Need It

Study materials only work if you can actually use them. Here's how we help with that.

  • Email Support

Got stuck on something in a guide? Email us. We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Not automated responses either – you'll hear from someone who knows the material.

  • Monthly Q&A Sessions

We run online sessions on the second Tuesday of each month where you can ask questions about any of the materials. September 2025 session already has 15 people signed up.

  • Updated Resources

When we update a guide, everyone who's downloaded it gets an email with the changes. We also keep a public changelog so you know exactly what's different.

  • Perth Workshop Access

If you're in Perth, you can join our quarterly in-person workshops at our Wattle Grove office. Next one is scheduled for late August 2025. Bring your questions and your calculator.
